It all sounds like me. And I know I'm not alone.

There are so many stressors in our life.

Some we can't get away from.

Some we create our self.

Some don't even exist.

This course is being designed as a reboot.

We know we should exercise.

We know we should meditate.

Mantras. Water. Breathe. Eat right. Grounding. We know.


All of these things 'we know' aren't getting done...

no matter how many articles we read,

how many to-do lists we create,

and how many intentions we set

because we no longer love ourselves enough to be a priority.

I'm calling bullshit. Yep, bullshit.

I lived most of my life keeping my struggles in, pushing through, staying strong.

That's not bravery. That's agony.

We make to-do lists, fulfill commitments, strategize and prioritize for family, for clients, for the world. It looks great from the outside. But the reality is, we are humans in self-crisis.

We have forgotten how to make something as simple as ourselves a priority.

And it makes me sad.

That quote resonated with me.

We might joke that we don't have a life. But we do, and we only get one. We are managing to give it to everyone else. Isn't it time we make 10 minutes (or more) a day for ourselves.

This course was inspired out of the need to hold myself accountable and build my vulnerability muscle. How hard can it be to make a tiny bit of time for yourself every day and then consistently do it week after week.

Especially if no one around you even knows you're are trying, because we are too "brave" to share it.

Together we will:

  • Come together starting the first Monday in January, directly to your inbox.
  • Each week we will have a self-healing prompt. Each one building upon the last.
  • Meet in our closed online space to share our progress and struggles while supporting each other.

Simple and heart-felt prompts.

And we will do this together for 52 weeks.

We will also have:

  • Female guest contributors sharing their wisdom and healing prompts.
  • Check-ins and Q & A's in the group as we heal together.
  • At the conclusion we will have created a Sunshine Manual, containing the 52 weeks of sunshine prompts to save and revisit whenever needed.

We are going to make 2017 the year we heal together, empower ourselves and find balance in what we give others.

So often we give everything we have in us, to the core only to be left with nothing for ourselves. And as hard as we try we can not seem to break that cycle.
Oh sure, a good week of pampering will happen. Followed by a month of chaos. It's not consistent and we feel the strain.
